"Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE."

"I stayed here 1 night on my way to the area of Oldenburg and am very happy with my choice. One of the reasons was the fact that they also have several Austrian dishes on the menu and I really felt like having Kaiserschmarrn. :-) The hotel is only a few kilometers away from the highway Frankfurt a/d Oder to Magdeburg. It is nicely located with sufficient parking spaces available. The check-in went smooth and service was friendly. The room was very comfortable and had everything one needs for a good night sleep. Bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast had more than enough choice and check-out also went smooth. Overall a very nice stay and I can absolutely recommend the Markgraf hotel."

"I spent there one night while driving back home. I found the hotel on internet booking browser. The hotel was nice, clean, they have nice and helpfull staff, silent nieghebrhood, good breakfast can recommend"

Seehotel Brandenburg an der Havel

"Check In has become very difficult. We had a group booking with 4 rooms and 3 parking spaces for one night. The booked package also included a massage per person. The lady at the reception was an older semester and sea eagle slow. It was hard to match everything with her, such as dinner time, massage date, etc. Arrival is not possible before 15:00. However, the package contains a coffee drink that goes only until 15.30. While the receptionist has recorded all the data very slowly, the included coffee time passed. The unfriendly message from her that we should be hurried now if we want another coffee was the crown. The hotel itself is older. This is noticed especially in the rivers. Here are partly unreinforced walls that are likely to be renovated. The massage walking was a rough dream. 30 minutes back massage from a very capable masseur. Really absolutely recommendable. Dad's food was okay, no hit, but it's also going worse."
