"The hotel had a serious bug problem. We traveled there with our class, and we found bugs in multiple rooms and common areas. When we reported the issue, the staff seemed annoyed by our complaint and initially refused to take it seriously. Nothing was done until we caught some of the bugs ourselves and showed them as proof. Only then did the staff acknowledge the problem. This experience was very disappointing and made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless the pest issue is properly addressed."

"Overall a good Hotel with Comfort. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s located a bit far from the motorway, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. But not so good for traveling through Germany. The rooms were delightful — especially the bright orange bathroom, which added a fun touch. Beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The swimming pool looked much larger in the photos, so that was a bit of a surprise. There was water aerobics going on when we arrived. Bathrobes were provided, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, no slippers were included. There’s a small bar in the hotel, but no outdoor service, which was a bit of a letdown during the warm weather. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few small misses."

"For this price, you can and should not expect any more. It was annoying that the room was smoking without end to deodorant. It was apparently someone wanted to do it very well, but it was absolutely overdrived. 🙈 Even if the room was promised as non-smoking room, it might be that one previous smoker should be "covered"."
