The a/c was so loud, with a metal rattling sound, that we couldn't sleep. So, we had to turn off the a/c, and woke up too warm, in the middle of the night. Breakfast area was too small; we couldn't get a table. Front Desk staff were excellent.

Nice location, easy to navigate around, was suppose to have a mate check out but was awakened by cleaning staff at 0830 trying to clean room in check out day

We were placed in the room directly off the lobby. Asked to be moved was told they had no other rooms available. You could hear everything from the lobby on this room including all the elevator traffic. So when breakfast started it was loud. Also multiple people tried opening our door thinking it was the stairs. Bathroom door was also broken and would shut.
