Best Hotels near Canipark, Pozuelo De Alarcon

We stayed at the Hotel Opera recently for the second time, to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the Opera House and close to all the attractions of central Madrid. We had nothing but excellent service from the staff throughout our whole stay - they are very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need including a few little extras like a comb and shoeshine. Breakfast was excellent every morning, a great choice of English-style and continental offerings, The Spanish tortilla and home-made fruit tarts are particularly recommended. You need to book breakfast at a specific time, and this avoids the ”scrum” that some previous reviewers have described. Just two things prevent me giving a 5-star review. First of all it is some time since the hotel was refurbished so some of the fittings are starting to look a little tired. Secondly the cafe has changed since we were last there, it used to be possible to get tapas-style snacks from a counter display 24/7, now it is table service with hot food only available when the kitchen is open - in the evening it starts serving at 8pm which is a little late for us, so if you feel the same you need to go out to one of the many good tapas bars around. But overall we love this hotel and will certainly revisit!

More than I thought, the boss is warm, the room is from the villa remodeling, but the room is large, the windows are large and airy, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is a high-class villa, very quiet, driving to the discount village about 20 minutes, driving It takes about 10 minutes to go to the shopping center. It is a good choice for self-driving tour, and it is very good.

I found this hotel on a booking platform and chose it because it was near the area where I had to conduct business. I was pleasantly surprised when upon arrival the staff was most kind and the room was impeccable, super clean and well organized. The room had a safe and a mini fridge, as well as a LED TV with the possibility to see movies from the most famous Internet platforms. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with hairdryer and a double Shower head ( handheld and Waterfall) . Service staff did a great job on tidying up the room daily and making sure everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very amicable and courteous, as well as very helpful when I needed information. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for everyone, Cereals, croissants, toast, jam, butter ham and cheese, as well as juices yogurt and warm beverages where at the buffet. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Madrid, but metro station is really 4 minutes away and will take you anywhere. However if you like adventure sports, the hotel is just 3 metro stops away from the fantastic XMADRID, a mall dedicated to adventure sport where you can enjoy activities like Scuba Dive, Free Climbing, Ski, Trampoline jumping, Wave surfing, Skate boarding etc., I would greatly recommend this hotels to Business people and young travelers that do not mind moving around with the metro.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they upgraded me at check in to a very nice suite for no extra charge! The room was very large and super chic & clean. The rooftop pool was an amazing amenity that we great use of during our stay. Staff members Jamie, Martin and Iva were amazing and made my first trip to Madrid one to remember. I will definitely be coming back and staying at the Axel.

I was staying a few nights for work. Clean rooms and with good WiFi. A large and comfortable box and a clean and wide bathroom. Breakfast is correct, no alarms, but it has a little of everything. In general, B&B hotels are similar. I like to repeat.

It is a good option at very good price. It has nothing special, but it covers the need for a passing accommodation in which to rest: wide, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was quite new and very wide. The right service. The hotel has a parking area included in the price (although there is a lot of free parking in the area) and offers breakfast (boxes that get up to the room).

We arrived at the hotel on Thursday, 21 July, the room was not cleaned, all was dirt, the night boxes were dirty, all the paint points were made, the shower was broken and the water went along the back. The shower doors couldn't be closed, so the whole bathroom was wet, the bathroom was dirty, and there were brown fingerprints on the wall in the bathroom. The toilet glasses moved when you sat on it. There was a joint on the balcony. The rooms were super-hearing, we could hear our neighbors shower, hear talk, hear walking, so bad that you woke up in the night. The hairföhn was not standard in the room, this could borrow you at the reception. There was no safe for stuff, so we didn't feel good, and finally we had no air conditioning. During our stay it was about 40 degrees. We also checked if there was air conditioning in the room. This would be there. This was not there. There was a air grid in the room that would have to bring cold air, the controller was in the hall and controlled the temperature of each room, which was apparently often detonated or at a higher temperature, which would make it warm again. We had it after one night and we wanted to leave as soon as possible, and we reported it at the reception and it was immediately ordered that we had the money back from the rest of the nights. This is the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel, the list of our comments was immediately reviewed and the room was checked, and I hope that something will be done.

The staff was very helpful and very careful. The room was very comfortable and pleasant, there was a boiler and different infusions to take, and there was a small refrigerator to have fresh water or whatever you want. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. By putting some peg, they don't take into account possible allergies, the pinces to pick up food are not specifically for each food, so I could not eat fruit, I saw there were kiwi residues in other fruits and I didn't dare eat any If it was .... But it wasn't a problem because there was a lot of variety to be able to have other things to breakfast.

Clean rooms, nice reception, location in a center of Tres Cantos. Price for reservation acceptable, breakfast you have to pay extra but is not the best one. In general good experience, want to stay again

Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!
