"This was one of the nicest places we stayed during a woman's birding trip in Amazonas State. My 2nd floor room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a nice view. The breakfast offered a variety of things to eat, good coffee and usually something that included protein. The grounds are nice and the birding at the property is pretty good (there's a Hotspot on EBird), although I was too tired to do much birding. I requested laundry service and everything was returned clean and fresh. My only complaint was the loud music at the lodge that played for hours after dark on our first night; it was hard to sleep."

The location is the best possible in Corumbau, from the beach of the Ponta do Corumbau and next to the best beach bars with excellent cuisine and drinks. The hostel also has a beautiful beach structure with spraying machines for guests, where this structure can be served by the barracks next to with petiscos and drinks. In short, the Mandala House is the perfect choice for anyone who seeks to spend great days in that Paradise, which is Corumbau, and I will certainly come back. I thank Natalia and all the staff of the Mandala House who made my days even more special in Corumbau."

Rooms have good air conditioning but need doors refurbishment. You can hear the sea at all times. Seaview from the room is astonishing."

"We did not host this establishment, but we had a very unpleasant first impression. We parked in front of the hostel (PUBLIC RUE) on a day of very little movement, one of the staff of the hostel was extremely hostile, shinging us so that we didn't leave the car there, which was banned, etc. I repeat once again that we parked in a public place, the hostel appeared to be close to the street.
