toilets, blood stains, a piece of poo sticking out from underneath. Cleanliness at the lowest level in the world. Shower is falling apart. Safe doesn't work, fridge doesn't refrigerate. I asked to fix or move a room and was ignored. If you want a room that is meant to sleep and you don't mind living in fear of getting something in the shower or toilets, this is the place for you. I DIDN'T UPLOAD MANY OTHER DISGUSTING PICTURES.

Unfortunately, I encountered a rather frustrating issue during the check-in process, and I believe it's important to bring it to your attention. Here's what happened: I arrived at the hotel before the primary guest, who had made the booking. I informed the lady at the reception that the primary guest would be arriving later in the evening and asked if I could check in before them. Just to clarify, my name was on the booking as well. However, instead of accommodating this request, I was told that I needed to make the payment right away. I explained to the receptionist that the primary guest was responsible for the payment and would be arriving within the next 10 hours. In all our previous stays at your hotel, this was never an issue. To make things more complicated, both our passports and the credit card used to book the room were in the possession of the receptionist. The receptionist's behavior left much to be desired. She was unreasonably difficult and uncooperative, refusing to let me into my room. When I asked if I was supposed to wait at the reception for 10 hours, she seemed indifferent to my situation. As someone who travels frequently, I've never faced such a problem before. Typically, it's common to settle the payment the next day or upon check-out. During this interaction, I not only felt unwelcome but also somewhat like a potential wrongdoer trying to avoid paying. Regrettably, I had to use my personal credit card to settle the bill, which will cause me some accounting headaches down the line. This is disappointing, as my past experiences at your hotel were always positive and hassle-free. I'm disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer-friendly approach displayed by your staff in this instance. Because of this experience, I'm reluctantly saying that this will be my last visit to your establishment, despite being a loyal guest in the past. It's disheartening to see such a decline in the level of service and understanding of customer needs.

Myself and 5 others stayed at this hotel for a stag do. It cost each person around £30 a night and there are absolutely no complaints from any of us. It was a 10 minute walk from the Old Town, meaning everything was within walking distance. The rooms were huge, as were the beds. The rooms came with a complimentary safe, which was easy to use. The showers were fine, my only complaint is these are made for a shorter person. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless and our rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were pleasant. Only thing stopping this place having 5 stars was there was no breakfast facility or bar. I have read many negative reviews but I don’t know what people are expecting when you’re paying £30 a night. Don’t expect a Lamborghini with a Fiat budget.

It was a cheap stay but I still think there are certain standards which should be met . Thick dust on top of most surfaces , carpet was filthy and there were 0 facilities, was under the impression there was a spa ( sauna, steam room etc) but nothing, no bar either or food to buy other than a vending machine, should not be advertised as a luxury family hotel, i would say its more a low budget extremely basic hotel for stag party's

I express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. And I would also like to note the beautiful view of the church from the hotel. I have already been here twice, I hope to come again! Thank you all!

This Hotel is utterly awful. The condition & service of the Hotel in general is low. Nothing worked in the hotel & quite frankly it seemed unsafe. The safe in the room didn't work, neither did the ventilation. The shower was awful, the staff didn't care and did nothing to rectify the situation at all. Worst hotel in Prague. I couldn't stand the sight of the employees who did nothing and checked out early. I'd recommend the Esplanade Hotel by the Main Train Station as this is where we went instead. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Location was good. Except from that, there wasn't many positives. The room looked waay worse than in the pictures. When we arrived at the room we found an old sock and an empty condom wrapper on the floor. The view from the room you can see for yourself in the pictures. There wasn't any AC in the room and no fan, so we had to have the windows wide open all the time to try to get some fresh air in the room. In our case, that led to a stranger comming into our room while we were sleeping. The poor young man chose the wrong window to climb through after taking his midnight smoke The electrical wiring didn't look safe at all. There was even some old wiring that had been cut off, still lying on the floor. There was only 2 outlets that worked in the room. Both were in the entrance of the room, so we had to walk to the other side of the room to charge our phones. Maybe we are just spoiled expecting to be able to charge the phones from our beds When we pulled the charger from the outlet, the outlet came out of the wall with it. We had 2 full days with no water in our room. Maybe not the hotels fault, but still sucks. No information about it either. The guy working the nightshift was not very nice to say the least. We tried to ask him a few questions, but he just stared back at us without saying a word. After a few repeated atempts he just shrug his shoulders without saying anything, still just staring at us like we were in the wrong place and he did not like us beeing there at all. The rest of the staff was ok. There was no cafe at the hotel, like it was in the pictures. There also was no gym available. They did promote the gym both online when we ordered and also on a poster on the counter. When we asked about the gym they said it was permanently closed. They still promote their gym both places though
