對於五星酒店而言，衞生條件很好，但設施較為陳舊，我指的是衞生間的馬桶旁邊沒有任何能夠放手機或其他東西的平台，導致我手機從捲紙金屬蓋上摔落，洗手池也有點淺了。當然，瑕不掩瑜，位置稍微偏一點，但離車站很近，到市中心走路也可以。服務滿分，一次性拖鞋、刮鬍刀、紙巾，有需求的話都可以問前台要。總之，體驗優秀，酒店內的中庭裝潢豪華，令人印象深刻。

Location is OK, Close to tram and subway stations. After check-in, found an used medical adhesive tape in bathroom. And an used bottle of mineral bottle in mini bar. It is shocked. Next day, no towels in room after room make-up.
Free WiFi service is slow. If need a higher speed, you need to pay and it is super expensive. I think this is not acceptable nowadays. It should be a very very standard facility provided by global hotel groups.
Also, call for help after 11pm but no one answer, front desk and housekeeping departments.
Final comment: Not value for money.

The service very bad, they have global meeting in there, then they closed all facilities and entry, inconvenience, the room floor still have dry fruit and toilet set is dirty. Duty manager (KATERINA VRSECKA) un respect ours, I need to complain her.
