Close to airport and metro station, check in staff was very helpful and provided a lot of guidance

Room normal since it’s near to the airport. Convenient to the airport since early flight in the morning.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend trying the duck and beer from the restaurant across the street.

Location not in international terminal, need a shuttle bus and waiting for shuttle to pick you up. No instructions about where to get the shuttle bus unless you call them by phone. shuttle not free. rooms a bit old but good Breakfast good.

The hotel is lose to airport. Just next to terminate 3. We called the hotel by the black phone hung on the wall in arriving hall. The shuttle bus drive came to pick up us very quickly. Good service. The hotel website said the service is free but the reception asked us to pay.

The room is super big and they have free shuttle bus service to airport. And I forgot my passport in the room，they just drove me twice to the airport.

The room is OK. In fact, you can see the runway behind the house. The hotel is right next to T3. It is quieter when the windows are closed, but the air is not circulating. There is a charge for the airport drop-off service. I don't know how those who say it is free came to that conclusion.

I had an early morning flight so I booked a room near the airport. However, it was actually at Terminal 3, a bit far from Terminal 1. The hotel provided a car to take me there, but it was charged. The hotel was a bit like a guesthouse, and the sofas were so dirty that I couldn't bear to look at them.

It is very convenient to take bus No. 59 from Terminal T2 to the hotel. It is also very convenient to take bus No. 59 to the city attractions and then transfer to tram or subway. The hotel is also very soundproof. But the breakfast in the hotel is really average. There is basically nothing to eat. Many items are gone and there is no restocking.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in on this trip. The room is old and is at the level of a guesthouse. I chose a hotel at the airport for pick-up, but I didn't expect the room to be so bad. The price is not cheap either. I have to buy breakfast separately, but it's ok. Many travel agencies choose to stay here for transit, but I don't recommend it if you travel by yourself.

The best thing about this hotel during our short stay was the reception when we arrived, and it deserves the highest score. Miss Petra, because we had an early morning flight, was ideal, with a transfer to terminal 2 at a very reasonable price. Apart from that, there is very close transport, in front of the hotel, very short distance, and we were able to go to the historic centre by bus and metro, very quickly.
