It's a very nice hotel. A very warm welcome by the hotel reception. You have a choice of a lift or stairs to get to your room on any floor. The room was spacious and offered a shower and bath, fridge, air conditioning, and a fan. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Fruits juices, hot and cold continental style food, good coffee machines, fresh fruit, and various breads and cakes. Walking distance is about 15/20 mins to the old town area, which was perfect for us. Taxi was approximately £3 (ridiculously cheap). There is the possibility of catching the tram, which is only 7 stops to the main Old Town area from the next street down. There is no private car park. However, you can park directly outside the hotel with public parking. Parking is charged at £1 per hour from 08:00 - 20:00. From 20:00 - 08:00 it is free. In reality, it's £12 for 24-hour parking. The bonus is that weekends are free. Compared to a lot of other hotels in the area that want £25/30 a day, this is really amazing. There is a further option about 50 meters down the road, which is internal garaged parking. This offers private parking with cctv for approximately 18/19 for 24 hours. Weekends are not free. All in all, it is a good location, polite staff, comfy room, easy parking, and a great breakfast. For the price you can't go wrong. From our personal experience, we would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect . Parking is a bit difficult and expensive . No private parking possible . Only parking on the street for a maximum of 24h and than need to repark. Breakfast is really good . The price and service for the hotel is pretty good for the location . Super clean and friendly personal , super helpful. Every time again when I am in Prague.

I was very impressed with the Nespresso machine in each room and the amenities provided, which were more than enough for Japanese standards. It's convenient to go anywhere by tram or bus. I also appreciated that breakfast hours were long, until 11:00.

Except for no air conditioning, the room was fine. The guy at the front desk was very patient and the waiters were nice. But the taxi fare to and from the airport was a little expensive.

The hotel does not have air conditioning and blows away the fan. The temperature difference between day and night is large. It is ok at night, but very hot in the morning.

Very convenient to reach by public transport. Friendly staff, they also speak Italian. Very clean room with every comfort. The only flaw was that the TV broadcast over 50 foreign channels except Italian. Breakfast with rich and substantial buffet.

Good location and friendly, but there are cockroaches and wifi is not good.

The room was clean. Equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, coffee machine and coffee gel. The breakfast is rich and the meals are delicious. Front desk, room service are very good.

Mi experiencia fue correcta, aunque con un punto importante a mejorar: el descanso. La almohada era muy incómoda y con irregularidades, lo que hizo que tardara en dormir y que al día siguiente amaneciera con dolor de cuello. Es la primera vez que me ocurre algo así en un hotel. También considero relevante mencionar que hay un escalón antes de llegar al ascensor, lo que puede resultar incómodo para personas con movilidad reducida. Como aspectos positivos, el desayuno fue muy bueno y el servicio destacó especialmente: la chica de recepción fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

No hot water, tv didn’t work, poor WiFi. No tables at breakfast and the ‘hot’ food was stone cold. The rooms were big and the beds relatively comfy but this didn’t make up for the bad service and freezing cold showers for three days with absolutely zero s*ħ!ťs given by the staff. Avoid this place!

We came to Prague for Christmas from the 23rd to the 28th. Today, December 25th, 2025, we have been living here for three days without hot water, only cold one. Please do not repeat our mistake, don't stay here, don't ruin your vacation. Will rise a lawsuit after return home.
