Pytloun Old Armoury Hotel Prague

It would be better if they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, everything else was almost perfect, the breakfast was simply excellent, there were no words, there was a very large selection.

We had a very rough travel day due to severe weather in Prague, with major delays and cancellations in Paris. We waited nearly 10 hours at the airport and didn’t arrive in Prague until after midnight. I emailed the hotel in advance to inform them of our late check-in. While the late check-in itself wasn’t an issue, it seemed the message hadn’t been checked, as the receptionist initially said they didn’t realised our reservation. When we finally went up to the room, there was a welcome card, which was a nice touch, but it had a different family’s name on it. This made us feel that the room may not have been fully prepared for our arrival, which was a bit disappointing after such a long day. That said, overall the hotel is well located and convenient to get around. The property was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a generous time window. I think I would to stay here again if I come to Prague later.

Helpful staff, good location, very authentic hotel, knight armours are great, my room needs some retouch paint.

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.
