Dunsi Apartment said private bathroom, just wasn't expecting to go out onto public landing to access another door to the access the next room which was my bathroom. . Asked agent to move us to another apartment, to which they did for a €80..only for this apartment to have no hot water from Saturday am till Sunday afternoon/evening.messaged the management, no reply, twice. Tried ringing out of hrs number again no reply. Then to be told at checkout , they had been intouch with apartment manager. Who said there was no issue( There was ) They have offered no compensation .just come back saying we could fine you because one of the pillows has make up on it . I wasn't expecting luxury because of the cost BUT I WAS EXPECTING HOT WATER I wasn't letting this spoil my trip to Prague But I will never book a apartment again The location 2 apartments Dunsi and Skořepka where central to old town

The property is the perfect location and is surrounded by restaurants and attractions. The door on our appartement was slightly difficult to open and lock but once you get the knack for it it’s quite easy. Communication with reception was really good as well. We had an appartement with a kitchenette and it all worked there was just no way to wash up any utensils used in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Ubicación es excelente. Llegas a todas partes caminando. Muchos restaurantes cerca. Edificio histórico, recién reparado. Al inicio se nos complicó un poco pues el baño privado está fuera de la habitación, luego te acostumbras. Esperamos regresar en un futuro próximo.

abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per quattro giorni e tutti i servizi sono stati eccellenti, a partire dal check in, camera pulita, personale disponibile e gentilissimo, le ragazze sono state accoglienti e cordiali, la cosa migliore è stata quella di fare colazione nel bar aloha. Una colazione molto ricca e sfiziosa sotto ogni aspetto, anche la cena è buonissima. Il posto risiede nel quartiere ebraico vicinissimo alla piazza centrale e ben collegato con tutti i punti turistici di rilievo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho soggiornato la prima settimana di novembre in questo appartamento. Posizione centralissima, ad un passo da tutto su questo non c'è dubbio, prezzo ottimo. Ci sono però delle cose da rivalutare: la casa era piena di polvere con sanitari sporchi, si percepiva palesemente che non veniva aperta da un po' . In più una cosa assurda mai capitata, abbiamo dovuto prendere le chiavi alle 9 di sera in una città sconosciuta appena arrivati in un luogo totalmente diverso dall'indirizzo dell appartamento. Personale a telefono molto gentile, ci hanno guidato per trovare il luogo ma almeno avrei preferito saperlo prima.
