Excellent hotel with great location. The hotel is very busy, but staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, could be better if there are more seating area. Prague is a beautiful city and this hotel has great value for money.

Asked hotel three times to cancel status of booking WITHOUT refund so i could claim on insurance as my plans changed. Hotel Declined repeatedly.

The location was a bit ambiguous, but the hotel facilities were good and all the facilities were perfect. If I come back to Prague, I would definitely visit again.
