The hotel is located 2 tram stops from the city centre. Good breakfast. They also speak Russian. After 8 pm the reception is CLOSED. Rooms are cleaned daily. MINUS: Very early check-out at 10 am.

Nice staff, nice place, 20-30 minutes far from old city by walk. Room was pretty good. We stayed in family room. There are most of the equipment for cooking, if you want. No parking place but they offer 2 blocks behind a parking place, another hotel parking area. Easy to walk to city center and also there are local transportation. Easy to reach many places.

8-min walk to shopping mall. Apartment-like room with separated shower and toilet maintained in excellent condition. Although the exhaust fans were noisy when you turned them on, it’s a pleasant stay with clean bed and good breakfast.

Quiet room. Entrance to the room was directly from the corridor. The widest range od programs in the tv. Near to tram stop.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to a mall and the tram stations. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I was originally going to give it only 1 star. The bed sheets were really dirty. There was fluff and unidentifiable hair all over them, and it looked like they had never been changed. I ended up spending the night in my clothes. However, for this price range, the separate bathroom with dry and wet areas was pretty good, and the breakfast was relatively generous. The staff seemed reserved, but they were very helpful and tried their best to help.

Short trip for 2 days with 2 older children to Prague, the King's Residence was a very clean hotel with simple, almost new furnishings. Quiet location in the relaxed Holesovice district, trams are a few minutes' walk away. The room was a suitable size for 3 people. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, friendly staff. You can't expect too much from the breakfast in the rather cheap price category, but everything was fresh and there was enough of it. We can recommend the King's Residence with a clear conscience.
