Living on the top floor, the sound insulation is very bad, and the music from the bar next door lasts until late at night. The wall skin in the bathroom will peel off and hang there without peeling off. The water in the shower is hot and cold, unstable, and the water pressure becomes very small after a long wash. The room on the top floor is slanted and it is easy to bump your head. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided at the front desk. I have never used the kettle, but there is water in the kettle. Breakfast is ok.

The location, the price, and the photos, had us very optimistic. And then we entered the room. It was old, run down, and filthy. We were afraid (for our health) to sleep in the bed, so we rebooked another hotel immediately, probably losing our prepaid 3-night payment. Which was worth it.

Very poor experience - shockingly bad waiter who not only forgot one dish we’d ordered, also gave us no cutlery to eat with… we had to get it ourselves from downstairs as he disappeared smoking a cigarette. He had zero sense of humour or charm either. Had to get up & find him for the bill with all the plates on the table. When he finally brought the missed dish, he plonked some bread on the table that we hadn’t ordered and charged us for both, even though one of us had to eat alone. We thought the bread was some kind of gesture for screwing up our order. To add insult to injury they charged us 2.5 euros for tomato sauce for our daughters burger. This hellhole was empty too which is not surprising, though with so few customers how dare you be so poor at your job. If you want to feel angry, ripped off & disrespected please do enter this joke of a restaurant.

This hotel in good location and would not recommend it if you have any disability due to breakfast room 3 flights of stairs below ground floor with no lift. Staff were very helpful which was good. We had to change our room on first day as they put us in the roof and there was only 2 sunlight windows above. The air conditioning was not working and we're was given a nice room on second floor which was better apart from the bath which was very high to get into. Breakfast was good apart from queue at the one coffee machine. The Hotel has its own restaurant attached but would not recommend it as food not very good and over priced. We noticed several people didn't eat there meals and went elsewhere. Beer was brilliant but watch out for the 10% service charge slapped on at the end which seems to be at most restaurants and prices are much the same in all restaurants nearby. I would recommend Berger King nearby as if berges are your thing prices would be 50% cheaper .

I reserved a standard double room with two beds, thinking in a four star hotel this would be a nice even if small room. It is almost the most depressing room I've had in a hotel, with worn out "modern" furnishings, a view to a drab backyard, a musty area rug, a strange smell when you walk in, an AC that doesn't work (well, in April, but the room is too warm and the pigeon poop on the window sill doesn't make it encouraging to open the window. the hotel was fully booked, mostly with a tour group. Breakfast was a bland buffet of standard stuff, nothing special. you walk into the lobby, which is devoid of ANY attractiveness, through passage full of tables of the noisy restaurant belonging to the hotel. The staff are friendly enough, but that doesn't salvage the overall depressing atmosphere. How does this warrant 4 stars?

A hugely and unexpectedly expensive meal for an 'average' restaurant, an aggressive waiter demanded we pay 20% service charge. (Not mandatory) charged extra for potatoes, which I assumed went with the salmon. otherwise, it's £15 for a piece of fish! (No mention on menu that they were priced separately) Thankfully, we were wise to the bread scam, which we didn't ask for, and left on the table. We've since read that others have been charged per piece, without being told. Saw an older couple, looking really panicked as their bill was brought to the table, which resulted in them visiting a cashpoint... I now know why. Avoid these scammers. What a shame on our first day here. 😕

When we arrived late at night and with me on crutches we discovered that our booking had been cancelled. But the young guy on reception (we don’t know his name but he was a student of mechanical engineering and had family in Wales) was really apologetic and helpful. He found us an apartment and carried my rucksack there. The next morning he had given us lovely suite with an amazing view over Prague. Customer service is so important and he was great!

We certainly loved this hotel in all aspects. Room was clean and functional with a great view over a large square. Location perfect for just walking to the different activities we did. Although the breakfast room is deep down in the basement, it's nice rustic feeling is well worth it. Such ambiance is impossible to find in more modern hotels. Well worth our stay.

I had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Prague Inn's bar recently and I must say, the friendly barman truly made our experience unforgettable. His enthusiasm and jovial nature created a vibrant atmosphere where we couldn't help but have a fantastic time. Not only did he make us feel welcome, but he also recommended some amazing shots that elevated our night to another level. Cheers to the barman at Hotel Prague Inn for delivering exceptional service and an unforgettable evening filled with laughter and great memories!
