Be prepared for the sun-drenched rooms on the upper floors to be terribly stuffy during the day. The windows don't open wide enough to allow for ventilation! Not only was the room not cleaned regularly, but the maids ignored my repeated requests to clean it, refusing to admit their mistakes. They even started arguing, saying, "How can we clean if there's someone in the room?" This could indicate a lack of qualifications! Meanwhile, the room was barely cleaned, and the main light in the room didn't work for three days in a row. I had to file a formal complaint with Oleg, the receptionist.Despite Oleg assuring me that my comments regarding the room amenities had been taken into account and that to extend the reservation I would only need to charge the key by 10 a.m. the following day, by 2 p.m. no changes had been made to the room in accordance with my requests, and I had to contact the administrator, Raul, again. Moreover, he stated that Oleg had not extended my stay in the system in accordance with the new reservation, and he (Raul) would have to repeat the entire procedure again! Be prepared that there are no dishes or pots available for use in the kitchen. And even if you pay a deposit of 20 euros, which they require for the use of dishes, you will not be given a pot - only a frying pan!!!
