Hotel Tivoli Prague Reviews

This hotel was the second most satisfying I've stayed at, after much pricier Hilton hotels in Venice, Athens, Reykjavik, and Milan. It's pretty much as pictured, with fast internet, a convenient location near attractions, and it's clean and relatively hygienic. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance of a supermarket. If I had to mention any minor points, there are three that aren't really major issues: 1. There were some bikers around at night, so I'd advise against going out too late. 2. The lighting in the shower area was a bit dim, but you could still see clearly. 3. It's walkable from Prague train station, though it's all uphill and the path is a bit uneven, which can be tiring. But it's not too far, so it's manageable. Also, getting to the airport might involve 1-2 tram transfers. Taking a Bolt there cost me 140 CZK, which is acceptable!

First of all, the front desk was so helpful! She was there to help and they provide free luggage storage, the room was super clean and even though I visited during summer, the aircond is working very well!!!!! Once again, the room was very clean!

I really liked this hotel, the room has everything you need for a stay, it's clean and quiet, and most importantly, the hotel is located in the city center.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it's less than a five-minute walk to the metro. The room itself is average, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. In fact, despite staying for 6 nights, the bathroom was never cleaned. I know this for sure because I intentionally left tangible marks that were never removed... It's a real shame because the atmosphere was charming and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Room and bathroom are spacious ,extra bed for one more people, staff are friendly and helpful ,small fridge in the room, there is a lift for use ,warderope ,tv ,wifi ,air cooler in summer, in conclusion good for price.

I love everything about this hotel. Recommended. We have this building nearby!

The hotel is about 1.5 km from Prague Square, so the location is decent. The facilities are a bit old, but the front desk staff were quite friendly.

Got a king-size bed as requested. The location is excellent, right next to the national museum. The room was very pleasant, the only downside was that the TV didn't have Netflix for connection.

I arrived very late, nearly 12am. Staff was on hand, friendly. I had also forgotten my adapter plug but the conceirege gladly let me borrow one for my one-night stay. A real life-saver for charging my phone as it was down to zero until I could purchase one the next day! Phew! Thank you!

The place is big, but they didn't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, and there was no bottled water. The bathroom exhaust fan was also extremely loud.

This hotel is very close to a metro and tram station, and has private bathrooms with bathtubs. The front desk staff are very welcoming. It's a great value for money hotel that I would choose again next time I visit Prague.

The stay was OK, but there were some young people from UK making noise at 2am and I had wished a faster resolution of this issue.

The hotel was close to the tram. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel were beautiful.
