I had booked this month's ago. Arrived in Prague and they did not answer either phone or text. Tried multiple times and ended caljng Bookings.com for assistance. (They were great!) Bookings.com advised the owners had cancelled my reservation that day. Freezing. No accommodation. Dark. Disgusting!! The lovely Cafe across the street helped me find alternate accommodation....Royal Road Residence...and arranged a taxi for me. The owners of Charles Bridge Apartments should be ashamed of themselves and in my opinion, *********** should remove them from their list of accommodation. ROYAL ROAD RESIDENCE....kind, clean, same facilities and in the heart of Old Town. You can't go wrong. CHARLES BRIDGE APARTMENT....pathetic and disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

They have deleted our reservation on the day of arrival which we made months ago! We got the notification while we were already on the way. Was a great experience looking for a place to stay at hours before reaching Prague on a very busy day of the year. Thank you managment for ruining our time in Prague.
