Ambassador Zlata Husa

Good: -Location -No noices from outside of the hotel -Breakfast was good except no Salmon which I like Bad: -Beds are really bad. I tried to ask if there would be better bed in some other room no but no. All of the beds are same. I went to LIDL to buy mattress for my trip and it was far more better just 2000 czk. In the picture is my mattress top of the bed.  -Lot of noice from corridor. You can hear every happening in corridor. Cleaning ladies are not even try to be quiet in the corridor.  -I had noicy neighbors which was unlucky and I needed to complain about it three times

Not our first staying at Zlata Husa Ambassador, located on Václavské náměstí. Hotel has convenient location not far from Underground station Mustek or Museum and walking distance to train station. Appreciated welcome drink. The only draw down was that when we came back from dinner to hotel at 22.30 bar was already closed (possibly because Sunday) but we went not far in another nearby hotel to get a pint of beer. Overall I would recommend and will come back on my next Prague visit.

Excallent food and facilities. Very good service and helpfull staff. Also a very good location with good transport links.

The hotel staff was very rude, the lobby waiter seemed to be arguing with everyone. The rooms smelled. There was no electric kettle in the room, I asked for one, but they rudely said they wouldn't provide one. Overall, the hotel was like an old three-star hotel.

Could be better with services and no lounge to sit and wait

The location is amazing, right in the center of Prague and at the intersection of two metro lines. The hotel itself is decent, feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star; but on the other hand it didn't charge as a 5-star hotel either. Quite a large room with many utilities, breakfast is also quite good.

Nice location, very nearby of the MTR station: Mustak (there is a lift, convenient for carrying luggage)

Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to.

Except the location is excellent, the staff are uncooperative, rude and do not respect customers, the breakfast is poor, does not deserve a five-star rating, the furniture is old, and the cleanliness is poor.
