Grand Hotel Prague Towers

Beautiful hotel with great service. The only details that I didn’t like is that the shower was leaking, and there was no solarium (however, the signs how to get to it were present). People who work there are the most pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

I have mixed feelings. - The hotel has seen better days and would benefit from a major renovation — both on the exterior and in the rooms. - It was annoying when housekeeping comes before my checkout time and wants to clean the room. On the other hand, + The people at the front desk are very kind and polite, + The hotel has excellent breakfast, fitness, and wellness facilities

Nice hotel in the centre of Prague. The view from the bedrooms overlooking the city is really nice. Beds are big and comfortable in the room is very spacious but is a bit small in comparison to the rest of the room and wasn’t able to use the on-site facilities as things such as the pool was an extra cost

Good location without the crowds. Only 100m to metro and 2 x stops (7 minutes) into the CBD. Staff were friendly and professional but hotel feels a bit dated

The food was great. Housekeeping was first class. Such a relaxed and luxurious hotel. I would definitely recommend.

This is a solid 4 1/2 to 5 star hotel but in a horrible location fortunately it’s on the main train line so that doesn’t impact the tourism that I had planned once I’m on the train however the train stop at midnight so it’s a long walk back from old town. The staff seemed somewhat helpful, but the management of structure was a bit incompetent because many of the things I requested such as a late checkout were approved by the front desk but not communicated to by the cleaning staff so I was woken up much earlier than I wanted to be. If I was to return to Prague I probably would not stay here and opt for something a lot closer to old town or even in old town since it’s so much more romantic this is a good alternative for business opportunities or for someone who doesn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Prague.
