It was absolutely great! unfortunately my friend was ill so I had to stay alone there. Still, it was a pleasent stay. Very professional. Welcome drink at the arrival. Very beautiful Hotel. Very beautiful Rooms. could upgrate easily to a room with a castle view. stunning! friendly people. Wellness area is very beautiful too. nice design. free water with lemon/orange. and the location is p e r f e c t. i will defenitely recommenf it and come back when i am again in prague!

Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely spa area with plenty of beds around the pool. Delicious breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Good view from our room and balcony. Only slight problem for us was no tv in English except the news, when we wanted to watch a film or two when resting in our room. Couldn't even get English subtitles. All films were dubbed in Czech or German.

The staff was super lovely. We also really enjoyed the small SPA after a day full of walking. Breakfast had a wide selection but unfortunately we did not have time to visit the sky bar. I would love to visit the hotel again if I ever come back to Prague.

We stayed in a lovely junior suite with a beautiful, spacious window that offered a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The room service was frequent yet discreet, which we appreciated. The complimentary bottles of water and coffee capsules were replenished regularly, adding to our comfort during the stay. The concierge and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff after a long flight. We were greeted with two glasses of sparkling wine and given early check-in, which made our arrival even more pleasant.

We visited for a romantic Easter break celebrating our 30th anniversary, and booked a room with a river view. I also messaged the reception team to organise a massage in the spa. On arrival we found our room on 2nd floor had no river view so I spoke to the reservations manager Diana, and she showed us 2 rooms on the 4th floor which met our requirements. We left them to sort out our luggage while we went out sightseeing. We returned and found our room decorated with rose petals and a bottle of prosecco on ice (I'd requested an ice bucket for champagne we'd brought). It was a lovely touch and we really appreciated it. We used the spa and had the Thai massage. The massage is very physical and left my wife quite bruised on her back. The masseuse has no English language so communication was difficult. The spa facilities are lovely, very clean and relaxing with a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. We didn't try the Michelin restaurant but used the skybar and lobby bar. Great views from the balcony, but it's a shame there were no tables set out. It's worth booking the skybar if you want to stay the whole evening - all the tables were reserved but many were from 10pm onwards and we were gone by then. We loved our stay at The President. The location is perfect, the hotel is stunning and the staff are amazing. Special thanks to Diana and Kate (Ekaterina) who were so helpful and friendly. Ps book direct, it's better value.
