Overall experience was good. Available gym and basic steam room at the gym. Spacious room. Location is okay, few minutes walk to tram station. Check in process was smooth. Breakfast is overcrowded but they served some Asian style breakfast (noodle soup) with huge variety of choices. S

I expected much more from NH Hotel. You come to the room and find a 20 year old TV without Smart functions, smudges on the walls, cleaning ladies are sitting on the floor in the hallway and being on the phone instead of cleaning. The advantage is the great breakfast and the service of the restaurant staff. Overall 3/5

First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.

Great stay, bit limited but tasty breakfast, great comfort in the room, super clean, lot of options inside the hotel (hotel group resort with cable car)
