overall are okay, except one thing. As I have requested the room in highest floor, but when I arrived, they just give me 1/f. I feel disappointed as they do not fulfilled the customer requirement.

The hotel's location is great, right on the main commercial street, making it easy to walk to the Old Town. I don't have any strong impressions of anything else.

The room was comfortable, the location excellent, and the hotel service great, with the lounge staff being particularly exceptional. It's within walking distance to attractions and very convenient for shopping.

All staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is incredible: so much choice from sweet to savory. Location could not be more central. We used the pool and sauna, all very clean. Would recommend to friends and family, will visit again. Absolute value for money.

Wonderful location. The hotel is located right on The republic's square. metro right on the hotel's entry, as well as the big mall palladium.

Very good location! Easy to walk around to all attractions! Room is spacious, service was great! Most impressive was the breakfast! One of the best for all the hotels I visited so far!!!

We stayed at Kings Court Hotel Prague for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed it, in particular the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice for any preferences. Everyone was helpful and catered to our needs when they arose, we used the spa facilities which although was small but it served our needs particularly after a long walk around town it was quite a delight to sit in a sauna and jacuzzi. Overall I would recommend this hotel and its location as it’s all within walking distance for the main Prague sites.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel! The room amenities were a cut above what I've seen in other European countries; they even provided a curling iron, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was also spacious, and the L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. There was complimentary iced lemonade in the lobby, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was incredibly diverse! They even had spring rolls, making it the best hotel breakfast a 'Chinese stomach' could ask for in Europe! Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

One the of the best hotel I have ever experienced. Amazing staff. Good hygiene. Clean sheets, rooms everything. Breakfast was great. And the best part is; location was great
