When i arrived to the hotel exhausted after a 12 hr flight, i spent one hour at the reception because the guy there couldnt find my room that was already reserved and paid for, he got angry and started talking to him self in czech. He gave me another room and the next morning after i unpacked my luggage they knock on the door saying that i need to change room again so i had to pack everything again and i missed the morning conference that i was there for. I didnt even receive an email from the hotel at least saying sorry for what happened.
My brother and his family joined me after 3 days, it was the same guy also who checked them in, so while waiting for him to fill the papers i told him to get my little nephews to their room coz they are tired so he said it was appartment A on the 3 floor of the 2nd buliding, so i took the luggages and went up an old stair wth very small steps since there is no elevator for this bldg and when i arrived to the 3rd floor there was no app A so i went back n told him there is no A there he became angry he threw his glasses on the desk and starting talking in czech again. He went to see the 3rd floor and he realised also that there is no app A there and that it was on the GF so i took again all the luggages from the 3rd floor to the GF.
Very bad experience for us , however some of the staff are very friendly but communicating with some was difficult because they dont speak english very well
