Excellent location n at most 5 mins walk from the main train station Room size is moderate n big comparing to Asian hotels amenities are ok though despite offering the same things for hand face and hair lol Breakfast is included and good to have a chance to meet fellow travelers. Should have no worries as they have 2 sets of full food stations for everyone… capacity being more than 200 I wonder Price wise it is just worth the money

Went to Prague on the 4th of October, staying somewhere else on the 5th and returning back on the 6th, (two nights in total in the God Bank hotel) We travelled over for a football match out-with Prague. We had left match tickets you mistake in the hotel, we didn’t have enough time to return to Prague to collect the tickets. After contacting the staff at the Gold Bank, they came to our rescue by sending individual pictures of all the tickets, this allowed us to get them reprinted at the football stadium. We are very grateful. The staff were courteous and professional from the moment arrived, we all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, it’s only a short walk to the train station, bus station, bars and restaurants.

👈 Opposite the turning face. When I arrived at the hotel, I was notified to change to a new building. It was just renovated. The smell of formaldehyde was very heavy, and I smoked almost all night. . The next day I communicated with the hotel and finally changed to the main building room. Although a little episode, but the hotel breakfast is very good, breakfast coffee actually has pull flowers, instantly good mood ^-^

We had a lovely stay at the Majestic Plaza , we found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack my travel adaptor for my husbands shaver and asked at reception and they very kindly lent us borrow one. We had breakfast included and this was most enjoyable and i asked for a cheese omelette and this was made fresh for me. Our room was quite spacious and they provided us with a rubber mat for inside the bath as i am afraid of slipping. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family as it is located very close to Wenceslas Square just a 2 minutes walk .

we are now home from a short but very pleasant trip in Prague. The hotel was in a perfect location, we had the smallest room that was good enough to sleep in with a private bathroom. very nice people at the reception who were always staffed. thank you Mr. Ali and Mr. Marcel who made our stay even more enjoyable and thank you for allowing us to check out an hour later. The location of the hotel is central, close to all the old town with many good and cozy cafes and restaurants. Thanks!

My friend and i stayed for 4 nights. Nice hotel in a good location for the old and new town. Patrick on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble e.g finding the nearest cat cafe for us to visit and giving us directions. He even offered his condolences on the queens sad death. To be fair all the staff were helpful lucy gave us directions to an indian takeaway that after our first visit we couldnt find again lol. Although rooms are perhaps a little dated they are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with a good selection but mainly continental which i surpose is to be expected. We would 100% choose this hotel if we returned to prague in the future.

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

The location is right near the new town and the river Breakfast is friendly and egg fries If you order, you will cook it. ㆍ Fresh and squeamish orange juice is a must ㆍ Above all, the room is big ㆍ I think I made an apartment as a hotel. There is a kitchen larger than the bedroom and bedroom ㆍ There is an oven and all tableware ㆍ You can buy meat and cook an oven ㆍ It's a pity that I didn't have time to cook because I only had two days ㆍ I think I will come back next time ㅡ

Awesome place. Everyone there is very polite and helpful. The place is very good, the room, the breakfast, the itens provided, such as sewing kit when we needed one. The communication was not a problem as well, since the staff English was great. The room seems odd at first, because of the carpet, and some vintage furniture, but that shouldn't matter for most people, because everything worked great. TV, bathroom, heat. The breakfast had lots of good options, to eat and drink. Perfect place. 10/10.

We had 3 nights at Archibald City Hotel. We found it very clean. Fridge in room. TV but we didn't use it. Hairdryer and toiletries in bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Our room looked onto the inner courtyard but can't imagine there are views from any of them really. It was just somewhere for us to sleep. Well positioned close to Wenceslas Square and tram stops. It was very much like a British Premier Inn just didn't have a bar. I would say it was an efficient hotel, the staff are not there for chit chat but they always said hello or goodbye. It was our 1st time in Prague and Archibald City suited our needs.
