perfect location 800m from Prato station. 20 min by train to Florence cebtral station hotel very clean, rooms are new and breakfast good

No kettle in the room, air conditioner barely works, bedding basic. I would not give it more than 2 star status.

Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name. It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

This hotel used to be decent, but now it's completely out of keeping with its advertised category. We were upgraded to a standard room. I booked a superior room, but they upgraded us to a standard room. We've stayed at this hotel several times before and know the difference between rooms. When I asked for the room I paid for, they refused, saying the hotel was full and there were no available rooms. They also insisted that room size (standard rooms are significantly smaller than superior rooms) doesn't matter, and that the only difference is the quality of the mattresses—a completely bizarre excuse. I tried showing them photos from their website with room descriptions, but it was no use, even though the difference is very noticeable on the website, in the description, and in the photos. They don't provide robes or toothbrushes, only one small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of body lotion for two people. Slippers are also available upon request. The walls in the room are extremely dirty. We won't be staying at this hotel again.

I stay at this hotel regularly. It's conveniently located and close to the train station, which is important. The breakfast is European, not very varied, but quite acceptable. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding is clean. The soundproofing is adequate for a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, warm, bright and clean. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how it is. It is close to Chinatown, and it is convenient for travel. There is also a supermarket nearby.

The environment is good and quiet. There is a COOP supermarket next to it. It is about a 12-minute walk from the train station. It takes about 20 minutes to take the train to Florence Train Station. There is a train every 20 minutes or so. If you don't care about the distance, this hotel is very cost-effective. I give it 4.8 points.

It was my first time using the facility, but the service was friendly and the facility was clean overall, so I would like to use the facility again. I am also grateful that they were able to accommodate my sudden parking request without any problems!

Worth the money, suitable for a short trip.
