I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them.

Great hotel with sporting and leisure facilities near fantastic hiking and biking area in the Alps. Family hotel with very clean sporting and swimming facilities, great apartments and good restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Great stay - reception from the get-go, was very welcoming, friendly and polite, making sure we had what we needed at the right price. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Excellent food including breakfast! Nice pool and wellbeing facilities. Highly recommend the stay!

Just came back, excellent hotel for family ski holiday, friendly, helpful staff and absolutely amazing views. We had a really nice and relaxing stay here I highly recommend. Definitely coming back and thank you for making my son's anniversary so special.

The rooms at the hotel are spacious we travelled as a family of 4 and booked a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment within the hotel. Having a living area and kitchen the space made us feel at home with all the fantastic amenities of the Hotel. The location is super convenient close to the downtown of Vipiteno and very close to the Rosskopf Ski area an hiking trails out the back. The pool was beautiful and serene and the kids loved the climbing wall. The sauna and steam room were a nice addition on a cold winter day. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and part of the family. We ate at the hotel restaurant every evening and enjoyed the delicious cuisine. We highly recommend staying at the Sporthotel Zoll .

Siamo ritornati in questo hotel dopo l'ottima esperienza di questa estate. Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata la stessa. Seppur sempre un ottimo hotel qualche cosa non ci ha convinto... Camere silenziose (anche nella parte "vecchia" dell'hotel...con stanze comunque belle e "moderne"). Cucina OTTIMA. Personale di sala MOLTO gentile e attento. Ottima merenda per chi ha pensione 3/4. Siamo arrivati dopo 30 minuti (causa traffico) dall'orario finale della merenda e pur avendo 3/4 di pensione non è stato fatto nemmeno il gesto di offrirci un succo...un po d'acqua...niente. Orario finito e quindi niente! Il reparto sauna era freddo e dopo che molti lo hanno fatto presente si è "magicamente" acceso il riscaldamento. in generale alcune stanze fredde o chiuse Rifacimento camere NEGATIVO. Lenzuola sistemate alla rinfusa. Un cuscino sporco (ho avuto un piccolo problema al dente e quindi si era macchiato) semplicemente girato dall'altra parte senza cambiare federa. Tutte cose abbastanza trascurabili ma non se sei un 4 stelle! Peccato

Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel 4 stelle in Alto Adige; questo è decisamente uno dei migliori. Spazi molto ampi e puliti, camere luminose e confortevoli, piscina e wellness di ottimo livello, personale sempre disponibile, cucina con proposte molto varie e un generoso brunch di mezzogiorno. Consigliatissimo!
