They are disinfecting every surface & wiping down all light switches, door handles, remotes, backs of chairs, wood furniture, lamps, etc... with lysol wipes. The home is open plan & has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a restful & relaxing sunroom/dining room. The master bedroom offers views of the river and features a queen bed. The guest bedrooms each have mountain views and sleeps two in each room. Amenities include a private boat launch on our land below the house.Chico Hot Springs, a "must-visit" when in the area, is 10 minutes away by car. Chico is a resort and hot springs originally built in 1895.
