"This 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstair apartment was the absolute "BOMB" as we say in Hawaii. It had everything. It's your fully furnished apartment with underground parking. We loved it. The morning views from the balcony were spectacular. The grocery stores - most everything except for that bar/club - closes early around 7 or 730 I think. So, grab some food on the way to check in. Apartment has everything you need from panini presses to all kitchen stuff. Clean, well appointed, can't say enough good things about it. Check-in was a bit confusing, as I should have paid more attention to the details. Check-in is at a place called Residence Kristal, a few minutes down the road. The very friendly and helpful checked us, escorted us back to Lagorai, explained how the remotes all work, the underground parking (since we had the 2 bedroom, it came with 2 parking spots), etc. Check-in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"Today from 17 to 22 January 2026. I found myself very good, beautiful and spacious room, with a really huge shower. The only defect was the lack of thermostat. The room was very warm and we were forced to keep the bathroom window open, even during the night. Excellent kitchen with very good dishes, even the simplest, always treated and presented in original way. Abundant and pleasant portions of a varied buffet available in the wait for dinner. Breakfast is very rich and well-sorted, both sweet and salad: typical and non-smoking cakes, various cereals, tisane, juices, chocolate and pistachio dispensers, marmelades, croissants empty to do and much more. The hot drink service is fully managed by the staff and can be a little slow; I think the addition of a good self-service machine for coffee, cappuccino and chocolate could satisfy many customers and make the service more The wellness area is very complete, with 2 saunas, Turkish bath, showers, Kneipp path and ice for circulation. The pool area is organised in two baths with hydromassage, not very large and therefore not suitable for the game of children. I also appreciated the presence of a child game area nearby between the restaurant and the relaxation area, helpful for parents if they like to extend the meal or relax on the sofas in the adjacent rooms."
