The Townhouse (VRBO # 1012557) is located in the historic residential area just 2 and a half short blocks from The Historic Downtown Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. There is a tremendous array of activities at The Square and you are literally only a short 3-to-5-minute walk from The Square and the famous Whiskey Row. Also, checkout my sister property The Terrace (VRBO # 423532), which has a cozy upstairs terrace patio overlooking the historic residential neighborhood. The Townhouse (VRBO # 1012557) was professionally decorated with a Southwestern Theme. The Townhouse has a King bed in the master bedroom with a 30" Samsung smart TV, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. When you arrive and walk out onto The Townhouse rear patio, you can relax, enjoy your favorite beverage and read a book in the privacy of your own backyard. The outside Townhouse patio includes a fenced in backyard, which will be great if you have a dog, and there is a gate to the sidewalk for easy access to walk your dog. Sitting just above street level, you can sit in the family room and gaze outdoors watching local neighbors stroll the sidewalks of this quiet historic residential area, which The Townhouse is part of. If you want to go out to eat or experience the local nightlife, Whiskey Row and the Historic Downtown Courthouse Square is just a short 2.5 blocks away. But at night, you are far enough away, such that The Townhouse provides a quiet atmosphere for relaxing or sleep. The Townhouse is approximately 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms upstairs (King size bed in the master bedroom and Queen bed in the second bedroom), full bath/shower with stackable washer and dryer upstairs. Downstairs there is a completely stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee machine (cook your Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter dinner), nook eating area, powder room and family room with 55' flat screen Samsung smart TV connected to high-definition cable which enables you to stream Netflix and Prime Video, since we have high speed WIFI access. The Townhouse can easily accommodate two couples or a family of five to six, since we have a Powder room downstairs, and the downstairs couch has a queen size hide-a-bed.
