Prescott ALWAYS has fun events that include live bands and picnics in the court house park across from Whiskey Row restaurants, bars and nightlife. You'll love my place because of the location, the views, tv's, shuffleboard table and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).Pets are $75 per pet..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:HOA gives us trouble if cars are on street overnight. Can fit 2 in garage, and at least two in driveway, unless vehicles are small... then maybe 4?.The gas grill is in the garage and needs to be wheeled out to the driveway for use..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
