The room was nice aesthetically. The walls, floors and windows do not absorb noise, so you hear everything. Neighbors upstairs running back and forth all night and others slamming their doors was very annoying. So much so, I could hear the upstairs neighbor using the bathroom toilet. We couldn't enjoy breakfast due to lack of clean dishes and when we asked the lady in charge for clean bowls, she pointed to a pile of bowls that looked obviously dirty. When we questioned the cleanliness of the bowls, she replied, " Those aren't dirty, I scratched them with my finger. They are just stained." With that said, we looked elsewhere for a more clean establishment that doesn't use "their finger" to scratch test their dishes for cleanliness.

Residence Inn in Prescott is outstanding. The price is reasonable, the staff very friendly, free breakfast had many options, and even includes everything from convenient parking to a pool, outdoor fire place and grilling area. I highly recommend it.

We were so tired and road weary but once we checked in and were told about all the wonderful amenities we went to one of the two hot tubs and the heated pool. We enjoyed the beautiful fire pit on this brisk October night. Reese was the front desk clerk and he went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as we wanted to be. (Give him a raise!) the housekeeper was also very kind and considerate (I feel bad I didn’t get her name) but she was genuinely caring and kind. She could see how tired we were and she helped us as well. 10/10 recommendation! The beds were great fabulous hot shower. Big spacious room can’t say enough about how happy we are.! Of the breakfast is as good as everything else has been so far well I have complete confidence we will be back!

This property is inconsistent with the other Residence Inns I have stayed at. My room was kind of messy, as in the made up bed looked sloppy and pillows thrown on bed ( not placed ). The furniture was mismatched and kitchen was just ok. I had to go down to the front seat to get a bottle opener for my beer that I bought in the lobby. They didn’t have one either!? Property location was inconvenient and couldn’t walk to anyplace for dinner. Also, my room faced a busy highway that was under construction with work that went on at 3am. This place definitely needs a refresh to keep in line with other Marriott Residence Inns. Disappointing experience for a weary traveler.

Disappointing for a Marriott brand hotel The hotel interior furniture and decor seemed updated. There were two lobby elevators but one was not working and there was sign indicating it was out of order. The hotel room itself was a nice space/layout however the tile floor in the kitchen/living room area were sticky. The bathroom tile floor did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bedroom window directly faced the main highway below so there was road noise all night. I wish I would have been notified of that upon check-in so that I could have an option for a quieter room. I tried the hot tub in the pool area at night. It was adequate (small in size - no more than two people could fit comfortably). I decided to get out of the hot tub when a large sewer roach crawled next to me on the decking next to the hot tub.

I was impressed with every aspect of this property. It is managed excellently, the breakfast each morning were exceptional, the amenities were plentiful, the property was quiet and the customer service oriented attitude of the staff was so very welcoming and pleasant. I will return to this property.
