The hotel is located near the lake and offers a great view from some of the rooms.. the staff is really nice and helpful. You’ll have the possibility to have breakfast at the hotel (arranged as a buffet) and it is really good. We loved the tiny & cosy village as well so we’ll be back.

Rooms dated but clean Went with a coach company. Food not great , no choice at all , food put in front of you and go hungry if not to your liking as no other choice ! Breakfast hardly any choice at all , very poor . Would not return here as treated like we’re not worth the bother

A lovely small hotel at the top of Lake Mergozzo in Italy. The hotel was clean and the room had everything you needed for a short stay We ate at the hotel overlooking the Lake and the food was very good. We wished we could have stayed another night. Lake Mergozzo is very peaceful and the hotel had a small area right on the edge of the Lake from which you can have a swim. Our only criticism of the hotel is that the area next to the lake where sunbeds etc are could have been better kept. The manager was very helpful and the breakfast extremely good. WE will be back for a longer stay and Mergozzo is absolutely lovely.

Lattina di birra vuota lasciata in camera per tutto il soggiorno. Bagno con acqua calda dopo le ore 07.oo. Niente bidet. Doccia rotta che cadeva a terra ad ogni doccia. Talvolta cadeva sui piedi. Colazione senza frutta. Comodini sprovvisti di presa di corrente per ricarica cellulare.

Wir hatten ein neues, noch nicht ganz fertiges, jedoch nützliches Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderbaren Blick auf den See und die Promenade. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr fein, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer, wie auch das Personal. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt und wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Parkplatz-Situation vor Ort schwierig, jedoch lösbar mit wenigen Geh-Schritten.

Location eccellente che conoscevo già per aver fatto il pranzo di nozze, cibo di qualità e con diverse scelte, vini dell'Ossola ottimi, personale gentile e premuroso. Col tempo favorevole si pranza e cena in terrazza direttamente sul lago con una vista che, va da sè, un'altra meraviglia, complimenti alla direzione e al personale tutto.
