"Really nice hotel but a party was held downstairs that went on until 2am then spilled outside until 4am. Very poor sleep as a result and no response from hotel when contacted regarding. The hotel is part of the AFC Fylde football club who had just been promoted the day of my stay and were celebrating. Understandable BUT the hotel should have been closed to regular guests under the circumstances and the lack of response to the issue is exceptionally poor. Cannot recommend as a result."

"Room is a bit small, can only open one luggage in the room. So better just bring one luggage upstairs. The building is a little bit old but can see that they placed efforts in renovating it. Stylish renovation. Feel very cozy. Room and bathroom is clean in general. They clean every day. For breakfast they serve English breakfast, some one will come and you can order your food. Very nice experience."

"well where do I start. this guest house is a gem. first the location down by the river 10 min walk from the railway station. whern you walk in you have a very large kitchen and lounge facing he river. free tea and coffee. next your room mine was on the first floor with side river view. the room was large with a double bed lots of power points a setee table and flat screen tv. the on suite shower room was great . free wifi.in the house. after i had been there about an hour the owners text to ask if everything was ok and did i require anything , which was a very nice touch. the room and house was spotless . overall a wonderful experiance,"

"Overpriced and basic, Hotels are sleeping and housekeeping insisted on knocking multiple times and walking away at 9am, not to clean just to wake me... I had the sign saying do not disturb, she had no cleaning trolley or anything with her either, and others were in rooms near me but she didnt knock on theres just mine"

"Beautiful hotel, fully refurbished, with a clean lined stylish feel that is still welcoming and comfortable at the same time. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Alex and Hannah. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast, all of which were delicous and plentiful, and the bar has a good range of drinks. We were lucky with the weather to enable us to sit outside and enjoy the terrace and gardens with a glass of wine, we also attended the wedding showcase and the ceremony and reception rooms were beautifully decorated. The only niggles I have (and they are tiny really) is that there was no full length mirror in our room (room 7) which is always handy and the coffee cups in the room do not have handles? Probably a cosmo vibe but not very practical when you are burning your hands on a hot cup! Other than that, what an amazing place, we will be back....many times!"
