The owner was very nice and accomodating when we arrived late. We enjoyed the restaurant, the breakfast options were fantastic and the food was delicious! The bed was amazing - it was super comfy and I had a great sleep!!
The area was pretty quiet and the place is right beside a flowing river so you can hear the calm sounds of the creek/falls :)

We visited for a special occasion, and the staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome. We stayed at the Barker suite. The whole place was cozy, cute and comfortable with a warm vibe. The breakfast at the schoolhouse restaurant was great too. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely country atmosphere. You do need a vehicle when staying in this location if planning to visit wineries or to go shopping. Overall a wonderful place stay!

This place was a wonderful getaway. If you want, pool table in commin area, but we sat arojnd a fire listening to coyotes howl and watching the stars- it is really dark out there. Room and bed were wonderful, with coffee and water. Breakfast is extra, but is superb, get it. Close to Sandbanks and Picton and wineries, perfect Romantic getaway.
