Hotel Park

The location is close to the city center, but the service was extremely poor. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to our room ourselves. The Wi-Fi in the room was incredibly slow and basically unusable. On our last day, our booking slip clearly stated that check-out was at 11:30 AM, but the hotel claimed their policy was 11:00 AM. At 10:58 AM, an elderly man presumably the owner or staff entered our room without knocking and without asked for permission after already walking in, then proceeded to scold us and aggressively told us to leave immediately. He shouted at us in the local language (Kosovo), which we did not understand. When we tried to speak to him in English, he ignored us and continued yelling before grabbing the room key and forcing us out. This experience was shocking and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please, avoid

Great location and fair price

No toilet paper or towels when we got to our room, went to reception and was given toilet paper, and told to collect towels when we returned. When we returd admittedly late, reception was locked, it was a one night stay and had to leave early without being able to shower.

Hotel was clean, Price was good for 3 people and also old man helped us so much :) I am so satisfied and if i travel to Kosovo again, i will definetely stay there.
