Garden Downtown Prishtina

I stayed for two weeks for a school program. The food and service were wonderful. The restaurant in the lobby is an incredible amenity.

Boutique hotel near the city center of Pristina. Amazing staff from the initial booking communications with the hotel, super quick and efficient check in with the reception team on arrival and during my stay the restaurant an bar staff were always happy to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks to Bledar at the reception on my checkout day, although all week the entire staff were excellent. The hotel is small and not to be confused with its sister hotel the Garden Hotel, which many taxi drivers did confuse taking us to the wrong hotel. The Garden Downtown name says it all, you are right near the city center down a quiet side street so its super quiet. This is a boutique hotel with only 3 levels so Im guessing around 20-24 rooms. The rooms are clean, compact but mine was perfect for me traveling alone. They have larger rooms for those requiring more space. The breakfast crew were always efficient and the food was tasty and fresh. Due to the local the outside sitting area is a small veranda at the front of the hotel with just 3 or 4 tables but still suitable for 3 or 4 people to catch up in the afternoon for a few cold beers and drinks. Meals are via the open kitchen in the ground floor and there is a cosy dinning area with tables for couples or groups of 4 - 6 etc. For a smaller hotel the food options were actually surprizing with a good selection for each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. My go to was the eggs bene, with salmon and for the evening meal the steak was alway good. Overall I was totally content at this hotel, cosy but still offering the full options a larger hotel offers. They arranged airport transfers both ways and the staff were always keen to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Only one small issue, sitting outside the wifi could drop out as the signal was not so strong, first world problem I know. Inside the hotel, the room, lobby and dinning area it was perfect. Thanks to the entire team.

My second time there and I liked it again. The food and service were very good and the room was lovely. The location is a very convenient and short walk to Mother Teresa Boulevard. My one note is that the TV was very hard to work my first time there and it was again. Otherwise, great stay.

Good hotel, conveniently located, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, good food. It’s down an old, cobblestone, semi-icky street. Also, despite efforts, TV never worked. Otherwise, a good experience and recommended.

One of the best in Balkans! Possibly one of the best hotels i have stayed in throughout the world. Clean, fantastic service, freshness and quality of food was amazing and also the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I will stay here again next time in Kosovo.
