"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is not as good as the first time. We upgraded to a suite room, which cost an extra 280 euros. Because we had an early flight, we arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock, and thought we could check in earlier. As a result, the hotel said that there were rooms available, but if we wanted to check in earlier, we had to pay an extra 180 euros 🙂 Well, there is a check-in time. It is reasonable not to allow early check-in, but I just feel that I have never encountered this before, and we upgraded to a suite near Passeig de Gràcia when the room was empty... I have stayed in other five-star hotels before, such as Four Seasons and even Amman, which allow early check-in when there are rooms... This hotel is really too stingy. The room only gave a mini bottle of body lotion for two people staying for two days, and the shower gel in the shower room was empty. We found it when we went in to take a shower. The water in the shower room would flow to the bath, and the bathroom door in the living room was broken and could not be closed. There was no chocolate or anything like that in the turndown service at night, so stingy."
