"Was served a welcome drink during check in and was also issued a sleep eye mask. Room was small and compact room with hidden storage. Ice bucket was provided but don't see any ice dispenser on the level? Light refreshments - granola bars, aged ginger tea and lemongrass tea was provided in the room in addition to TWG teabags and Nespresso pods. There was also a complimentary minibar: 2 cans each of yeo's coconut juice with pulp and h2o. There's a curated pillow menu that ld wanted to try but after looking at the options, I decided to stick with the default. Bathtub is perpendicular to the shower and there isn't any shower curtain around the bathtub so you may get water sloshing out from one half (there's a glass door on the other half). Except for the rack with the bath towels, there is not much hanging space for clothes that you're going to change into in the bathroom. Hairdryer and ironina board were available in the room, which was useful. Wanted to use the sauna but the gym is under renovation so l'm not too sure if the sauna would be in operation. Used the infinity pool and jacuzzi (warm water, hurray) during my stay instead, view- wise nothing spectacular since it's either facing medical facilities or private housing. Service was also lacking from the receptionist on the ground floor; she was using her phone the whole time while she was in the lift with me when she brought me up for check-in. I generally find that the staff, even those at The Living Room (Club Lounge) are more friendly towards foreigners and will check in with them. The only saving grace was the food - evening canapés and breakfast were great. especially love the vegan Mac & cheese and the white wine that I was served in the evening and the creamy chicken and mushroom stew and smoked salmon from breakfast."

"Overall the stay experience is withing expectation. There are some minor hiccups along the way with some minor issues but nothing too serious. The hotel condition is abit worn down as compare to the pictures shown on trip.com website.This includes everything, from the reception area, to the facility and room. The room looks clean overall, but there are some areas being missed out. I still find some food bits on the floor/cabinet and the desk is have some oil stain. I have a bad experience with the reception as the way she responded to my question. Not offended, but it is not the usual response hotel staff should give to guest. A few more things to take note: -they provided luggage storage, but it is placed in a public area opposite the reception. -the lift is small. -the breakfast food selection and seating are limited. Lastly, the pricing will put you into considering this hotel, topping up with some value added item coming the room size and location, and not to mention breakfast included. Location is consider good with it being situated in the center of most major attraction. Other attractions are easily accessible with MRT. There are a few selection of MRT lines available within a short walking distance, if the nearest one requires some detour (exchanging trains)."

"The best thing about the hotel is location. It’s very near to tourist point such as Chinatown, Clarke quay, Merlion park and so on. In front of the hotel, there are the mrt and the Clarke quay Central. Very convenient for going everywhere in Sg and find something to eat for bf and dinner. The downside: The shower room and toilet is separate and there is only the curtain between shower zone and sleeping zone. If your roommate go to the toilet in the middle, the sound of the flush might be bother. Moreover there is a construction (july 2025) near the hotel. You might hear the sound of the construction some time."

"The staff are super friendly! Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our special request for the surprise we were giving to a friend! Breakfast was delightful and once again, greeted by friendly staff, always smiling and making us feels comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room was clean (thanks to the hardworking housekeeping crew)! The pool was clean and view was beautiful! Minibar and snacks were complimentary - so generous of the hotel! Really enjoyed ourselves here~ Really loving the helpful hospitality provided by the staff in here :)"

"The lift was too slow. We waited for a long time each round. Tap is too near to the sink it is impossible to wash our hands without touching the sink.I had to wash at least 4 times or go to the shower area to wash. The location is right above the train station. Just had to walk through a short underpass. Breakfast is delicious with wide varieties. The chef even made an effort to bring the food to our table to try, and a staff offered a blanket to one of our family members as the dining area was too cold. We were shivering when we reached the breakfast area. There are definitely better hotels than this. Skip this hotel until they renovate the room and the lift."

"Hotel rooms in Singapore are typically on the smaller side, but this stay was quite disappointing. I was rudely awakened early in the morning by loud banging and drilling from repairs happening upstairs. Why would the hotel schedule such noisy work when guests are occupying rooms? I paid a S$600 deposit by credit card upon check-in, but it was only during check-out that the front desk staff informed me the refund would take 7 to 14 days to process. This crucial detail should have been communicated when I was making the deposit; had I known, I would have simply paid in cash instead."

"I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special."

"The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids."
