The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (2ppl). The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed (2ppl). In the living room it has a sectional couch that reclines on 2 ends very comfortable. You may be more than 6, if they are small people and don't mind sharing. Look at the pictures and see what you prefer doing. I accept up to 10ppl in the unit. You can bring air mattresses to save on costs:))The condo is located on the 1st floor and includes 55” TV with cable in living room. WIFI and Cable are both included throughout the condo.
