The gulf side master bedroom/bathroom has a king size bed, large screen wall mounted TV, with all the comforts to make the space homey, with access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views. The guest bedroom has a 2 single beds with access to a second bathroom. For extra guests, we offer a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a dining room space and the living room is well appointed with a large flat screen wall mounted TV with a sound bar. The living room has large sliding glass doors with access to the large balcony. We are certain you will love SOPHUN!!!The unit has free wi-if. Our guests have the convenience of parking in our designated spot in the garage. Guests may also park in any of the open spaces available. As a courtesy, we provide one parking passes complimentary for our guests. Our SOPHUN Vacation Home is fully cleaned and all linens (including comforters and blankets between each guest. Beautiful extensive luxury renovations in 2022. The views are still the same, western sunset corner AND little lagoon plus the condo itself has been lovingly painted and redone from top to bottom! Then, take that dinner out and position the balcony height table just so on the corner of the wrap around balcony and you can appreciate both the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Lagoon while you dine. The views are breathtaking.The rooms are painted in soft beachy colors, creating a calm and inviting space. The 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with premium mattresses and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa is a lime green cotton canvas that is comfortable and soft. Many friends and relatives have asked for the calming color swatches of these rooms.The balcony has 2 chaise lounges, a set of Adirondack 3/4 height chairs with a table surface spanning the arms—perfect for wine and cheese at happy hour, and tall table with 4 chairs to enjoy the view while dining. The unit has a well-stocked Cook’s kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer in a separate room (only the corner units in CS have this feature). That full-sized room comes in handy and the end units not only have the best views, but they are a bit roomier as a result. We also have those curved shower rods so the showers are spacious!Beach chair service is no longer included in this rental.
