While our 3D White Wall is certainly a feature that is popular among our guests, we have also designed this condo to maximize space and have supplied everything you need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! This condo has: A super-comfortable queen size murphy bed that folds into the wall when you are not sleeping to create more space. It also has pull-around bed curtains to provide a private and cozy sleeping environment. Fantastic throne-like vintage yellow chairs. They are TALL! A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a complete coffee bar, wine and champagne glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and fabulous dishware. And yes…of course…there is also a corkscrew! An couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom with supersize mirrors and a rain shower! Wifi Washer and Dryer (in the building) All home amenities including (iron, hairdryer, etc) Pool access during the warm months! And much more! Guests have access to all facilities including the full condo, washer/dyer, parking, and pool. " This means we go above and beyond for our guests. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town. The 1865 has a great story to tell; the building is a newly-renovated, 4-story, historic, brick tobacco “barn” that has been converted into luxury condominiums. It is absolutely one of the more unique and exquisite buildings in Nashville. The team behind the renovations has done a fantastic job keeping most of the original elements of the existing historic structure while integrating all things modern (brand new condos, kitchens, appliances, showers, bathrooms, etc). Nestled behind our entry gates, our guests will have access to free parking and a really cool outdoor area consisting of a small outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, multiple grills, outdoor televisions, etc. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville! Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the outdoor pool, swim-up pool bar, outdoor grills, sky deck, gym/fitness room, and patio. Pretty much everything! We live nearby and are always available to our guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. This is a very safe neighborhood surrounded by all of the goodies...Publix grocery store, Starbucks, Centennial Park, etc. This condo is walking distance to downtown (1.2 miles), Centennial Park, Vanderbilt, and other key areas of Nashville. We have free parking onsite if you have a vehicle. Only 2 miles to Downtown Broadway bars & 0.5 mi to Belmont & Vanderbilt! Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season. IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. Drivers license, passport etc. CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file. This is a self check in property. There is no hotel staff at the front desk. Please pay attention to emails and or messages from us on your booking channel. Check in is super simple. But you have to pay attention to our messages. And we need a phone number for your reservation. Reminders go out through text, if we see that you didn't open the check in instructions. For guests safety there are cameras throughout the building and outside. But there are NO cameras within the condo. Important instructions on how to operate the blinds in the condo. For the master bedroom and the living room. Please don't pull on the fabric to open or close the blinds, there is a rod. By twisting the rod the vanes will twist open and close. To push all the vanes to the side/ends or pull them to the center PLEASE DO NOT PULL USING THE FABRIC. USE THE ROD TO PUSH AND PULL. THE FABRIC WILL PULL OFF OF THE TRACK AND REQUIRE A SERVICE CALL.. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THAT SERVICE CALL. A fee may apply to any house rule violations.
