It is the favorite spot on island for surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming and sunning. Four can sleep comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen Sleep Sofa in the living area. The living area can be closed off for privacy using the pocket door. Whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing in front of the flat screen TV or drinking your morning coffee on the balcony you just can't escape the breathtaking view. Our key less entry lets everyone come and go as they please without worrying about keeping up with keys or cards. Swim in the condo's private pool, shop at the beach boutiques grocery store, drugstore and restaurants, all within walking distance. The Living area has ceramic tile flooring, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, queen sleep sofa and dining space for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has full size stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for your family. There is a stack-able washer and dryer. A pocket door separates the living room from the hall. Off the hall is a 3 piece bathroom, with a large low step shower. The bedroom has a king size bed, a double closet, Television and nightstands and lamps. Linen is supplied. There is a pool on the street side of the complex, heated in the winter and an on site fitness center. Complex has adequate off street parking for one car per condo. Emerald Skye is a low-density building (37 units). Even in the summer the beach is not crowded like the big high rises. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach and within walking distance on the beach to Coastal restaurant and shops. Cotton's Restaurant, an Orange Beach tradition, is just across the street. Additionally, it is less than 1/2 mile from three grocery stores and two pharmacies. 'Our Little Get-A-Way' is perfect for a couple or small family to get away for a few days or few weeks! Our condo is on the second floor, so you will not have to wait for an elevator. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area and large private balcony. From the moment you open the door you will know this is not an ordinary rental unit. We love the condo and consider it our second home. The large balcony is comfortably furnished for relaxing and enjoying the view. We even have a table for two for romantic evening dinners! Located on the 7th floor, for all around beach, dolphin, and activity viewing on your private balcony, this is definitely the “sweet spot”. Beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters, make this the perfect relaxing getaway. The Enclave has upgraded the outdoor pool to a wonderful zero entry pool that is double the old pool’s size with a zero entry, kid fountains, tanning ledges, etc.!!!**We recently added a highchair and Pack n Play for young children and a Reme Halo UV ionizer system in HVAC system. Eliminates all airborne allergens, viruses, mold & bacteria!! The Enclave is centrally located in Orange Beach, with many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc., all within easy walking distance right across the street. There is a stoplight and pedestrian walk for easy, safe travel. Relax at the outdoor pool & sundeck or slip into the indoor heated pool for a soothing swim. BBQ grills and lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts are also available exclusively for guests. The Enclave is a low density, 69 room complex, which makes for an un-crowded and relaxing stay. Free wireless internet for the whole property is provided. Gated private beach access with a very short boardwalk and year round security, make for a fun and safe trip. Also included is a private beach closet by the entrance to the unit. There are many items available for you to use such as beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, Kites, shelling nets, etc. While I can't guarantee what items will be in there, I do stock the closet at the start of the year and many guests leave items as well. Since things wear out and break, the inventory is always changing. There are many stores across the street to purchase beach items if you need something that is not there.*** A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you at no charge. Very few units have this bonus. For reservations during 2026, when you book this unit, you will automatically receive a guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the parking sign to see if an additional spot is available. Along with the owner's private spot and the first automatic general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you. There will be a $50 charge for each parking spot reserved on the general lot for the length of your stay. You will receive an email after you book your stay to reserve and confirm your parking spot. My cleaning company does a great job to ensure your health and well being. The rates are competitive compared to similar units. Monthly rates are available on request, and winter snowbirds are welcome. Master En-suite The Master bedroom suite features a King size bed with a flat screen TV & DVD player. Also, a comfy recliner sits next to the bed for relaxing. A Glass sliding door takes you right out to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is wonderful with a large 2 sink vanity, a Garden style Jacuzzi tub, a walk in glass shower, and plenty of closet space and chest of drawers for your convenience. A separate room houses the toilet for privacy.
