"I was disappointed with this hotel from arrival till we left (two nights earlier than booked for). We arrived late due to missing a ferry and were told we could check in, in the morning. When we went to the desk there was no one there, we went to breakfast and mentioned we hadn’t checked in and was told it was breakfast time. We tried again after breakfast and before going out with no luck. Once we did check in we were finally given details - WiFi code, door code etc. After we checked in we found out there was a private party in the pool area which made in unusable up till 6pm - we were not informed of such event when we checked in 10 minutes earlier. Two days later after a long day visiting Pompei we wanted a quiet dinner and early night only to get back to find there was another private party with a DJ that went on till midnight - again we were not notified which meant we couldn’t use the restaurant or have an early night due to very loud music. At this point we booked a new hotel (at an additional £200 cost to ourselves) to try and salvage some of the holiday that had been less than satisfying. When we checked out the next morning the owner did not enquire why we were leaving, ask if we’d enjoyed our stay or said anything that would lead you to think they cared. Such a massive let down as all the reviews looked good, and the hotel is lovely…..unfortunately the management let the hotel down. I would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel is a lovely! The most beautiful hotel in Procida in a bohemian style. The rooms are gorgeous, the location is the best, the team is very friendly. And not to mention the restaurant |I Pescatore... the best for us! If you're going to Procida, don't hesitate to stay here. Why have I not given this hotel 5/5……a coffee machine in the room would make all the difference, and a parasol on the balcony. The balcony is superb however the heat without any shade until early evening meant we were unable to use it much at all. In saying this we would stay here again."

"Really nice boutique hotel with simple but very tasteful furnishings. Clean comfortable. Mario the boss is always available to give tips and history of the Island. The Staff are really helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The Gardens are a hidden gem, especially the dining area under the lemon trees. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 full days to explore the Island. A few minutes walk from the hotel is the old lighthouse foundation and rocks you can swim off."

She made restaurant recommendations, shuttle arrangement, even went above and beyond and arranged for my airline lost luggage to be collected in Naples and brought to me. "The hotel's location is excellent, just steps from Chiaiolella beach, where there are also several nice restaurants. A bus stop is located below the hotel, providing access to the port and other interesting places on the island. The hotel is clean and quiet. The upstairs rooms are definitely better than the ground floor ones. Breakfast is good, although the savory options could be improved, as only cooked ham is available. Good value. Recommended."

"Everything was fantastic, starting with Donatella and the rest of the staff, super helpful and truly points of reference. The location was very beautiful, including the garden and the place where breakfast is held. Our room was perfectly clean and functional, the set including a toothbrush was much appreciated. From there, in twenty minutes on foot you can be anywhere on the island (eventually the bus stop is right next door)."

"Managed to book this wonderful exquisite hotel for our last two days in the area. Travelled the short distance by ferry from Naples to the beautiful Procida. Short bus trip from the harbour to the hotel was really easy and stress free. Greeted by pleasant and polite staff who showed us to our room. Wow, beautiful! Then spend the rest of our day, by the pool, in the well manicured top class secluded garden area. The pool was fabulous, with incorporated jacuzzi jets at the shallow end. Outdoor showers and toilet facilities nearby as well as a well stocked bar. We were served by really friendly staff who made us feel so special. Already love this place and cannot recommend any higher! Well done to the staff and management here, we will hope to return again and again when visiting this wonderful area."
