Completely Misleading. The apartments are SHARED with other people. The description here does not show that the kitchen and living areas are all shared, you are just booking a bedroom. Right outside your door are people talking, drinking, watching TV so there is no privacy and its very noisy. We complained as this was not what was shown on my booking. We were told by the lovely receptionist that many people had complained about the same misleading information. After speaking to her boss, the receptionist apologized and said that we could cancel and get our money back. We took Oliva Apartments Boss at his word and found somewhere else ( expensive at short notice). The following day we got an email from him saying it was our problem and that he would not refund our money. Not only are they giving misleading information about the property, they go back on their word. Not good people to trust at all. You have been warned!!! Do not deal with these people and DO NOT BOOK!!!

Bom espaço, muito bem decorado e com tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia agradável. As pessoas são muito amigáveis. Pequeno almoço incrível. Melhores croissants de sempre. Wallbox para carregamento foi um plus excelente. Visitamos em família e escolhemos Proença a Nova pela proximidade a muitos pontos de interesse para visitar.

Já é a segunda vez que visito este alojamento, e só o facto de ter voltado já diz muito. O Oliva Apartaments oferece-nos a tranquilade da natureza, conjugado com o conforto de uma casa totalmente equipada. Desde uma cozinha moderna e equipada com tudo o que é necessário, até uma sala de estar onde um sofá muito confortável vos espera. O quarto com WC privada, oferece conforto e descanso. Resumindo, visitar aquele alojamento é quase como ter uma experiência divinal e mágica. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Empiezo con lo bueno, Beatriz encantadora, desayuno 10/10, todo muy moderno … PERO!!!!! No es un apartamento…. Alquilas una habitación en un apartamento compartido… Entras y es un apartamento con tres habitaciones y la cocina y la sala compartida…. Así que hay ruidos y poca privacidad porque estás en mitad de todo. La habitación muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda, pero súper pequeña… mi pareja tenía que andar de lado para llegar al lado de su cama…. Bien que estuvimos una sola noche

Completamente remodelados os quartos e apartamentos são incríveis, atendimento profissional e pequeno almoço de luxo.muito central e com tudo por perto, preço qualidade excelente, arquitetura moderna e todo equipamento moderno, não havia melhor opção em Proença

Quartos pequenos mas super limpos e confortáveis. As áreas comuns do apartamento são partilhadas com pelo menos mais 3 quartos, que já estávamos à espera tendo em conta a apresentação no site. Espaços comuns do prédio muito agradáveis. O pequeno almoço bem constituído, apesar de poderem introduzir maior variedade. Do pouco staff com que contactámos mostraram muita simpatia e cordialidade. Recomendo para quem precisa de uma dormida de 1 noite na zona.
