3rd visit in Just over a year All I can say is please don't listen to the negative reviews and come enjoy and make your own mind up. Amazing staff that can not do enough for you Amy problem you have they go above and beyond to fix. Drinks and food are really good for a AI hotel. Entertainment is better this year than October but ffs your on holiday go with the flow. A smile and a hello go a long way

We stayed at the hotel with a family, two children and a mother for the Easter holidays. The staff is friendly everywhere, the rooms are new and clean. We didn't have time for dinner, but we were given sandwiches upon arrival. There were minor flaws, but the professional work of the staff is immediately noticeable. They always try to help and listen to your wishes. I recommend this hotel for a holiday with children. Kids will not be bored here. There is a wonderful water park and mini club with very interesting activities and a wonderful animator Julia, our children loved her so much. The food is very tasty and varied, very funny bartenders at the pool bar always making joke. We will definitely come back here again!

About to leave after a week and we have had an amazing time here! Was unsure when reading some reviews but they couldn't be more wrong. The staff are all amazing especially the restaurant staff who work so hard to keep everything running smoothly, and Mario who made the time here. He is so friendly and amazing with the children remembering everyone's names. The room was just what we needed and cleaned everyday. The place was absolutely spotless and I cannot praise the place enough. Perfectly positioned so you don't need a car and the views to the beach were breathtaking. We will for sure be back here. Just spent a week at this brilliant place George and Babis and his wife and the rest of staff was amazing there was so many of them you never had to wait more then 30 seconds for anything and the food was out of this world every meal kept getting better and better would definitely come back here can’t recommend enough

After reading some of the reviews I was very nervous and sometimes the weather can really make or break a holiday, But wow! Don’t read the poor reviews if you’re thinking of booking this family friendly hotel! Let’s start with us arriving. We arrived late so wasn’t able to make the dinner cut off but was greeted with a sandwich each and gave our room keys swiftly with an instruction list for safe ect Once we got to our room up by the water park, did have a hiccup to start. There was three of us and the beds were only made up for two, we also noticed our handle was broken on the window of a ground floor room so this needed fixing asap. Quick trip to reception to note these things, within 10 minutes housekeeping arrived to supply with additional sheets for the spare bed. Window was fixed after we ate breakfast so no quibble there. Food was amazing, I know all inclusive can be repetitive and a few things were repeated but not as often as you’d think. Kids food was but as our lad is concerned he was happy to eat the normal buffet too. Staff- the staff made this place! Honestly please give our thanks to all the staff at the bar, restaurant, reception and entertainment team. We were always greeted as if we were in a posh restaurant everytime we ate. There is a young man and an older man who work in the restaurant and they really looked after us! Drinks are nice. Lots of variety and not to strong either! Entertainment- Brilliant, from the water polo in the day time to bingo at night! They have a schedule at reception to let you know what’s on every day and night. They also have a kids club available our son was a little bit to old but we saw the club regularly around the pool even dressed as pirates! Pool and water park - kept clean and also see the water being checked a few times whilst we were there. Waterslides were good. One was out of order at the moment but the other four were all fun anyway! All in all I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you all for a wonderful week! I have returned to this wonderful hotel several times.in Protaras the is cleanest Waters of island. I didn't put the highest rating because some of the staff isn't so much service oriented. But there is pleasant surprises: With remarkable service and ability of taking care in the outdoor bar of bartender,not young blonde lady from Bulgaria ( I think Sevda - I am not sure her name, sorry) you feel yourself like in Ritz in Hawaii.Fantastic !!!
