Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!

The bed was very comfortable, and it was $22 to park overnight at the parking lot next to it, and you could get change if you asked for cash. The surrounding environment is very quiet, but there are fewer people on the streets in Providence at night, but police cars patrol more frequently.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
MMin0622Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
Aazure2007The location is very good, and there is a shopping mall in two minutes by car. The room is generally OK, clean, and the windows are also soundproof, so you can't hear the cars on the road outside the window. But the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the room facilities. I looked at three rooms before finally getting a room with a sofa bed. In addition, the air conditioner could not be turned off for some reason, and the control panel on the wall was useless, so the air conditioner could only rumble all night.
GGuest UserThe east building is noisy at night. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The air conditioner vents are facing the bed. You can only sleep with the quilt covered or the air conditioner will blow directly on your head. The room is ok and the sheets are clean.
KKang HuiFood from the cafe (comes with Starbucks coffee) is both well-presented and delicious. The room is clean, comes with a nice black out curtain for well-rested nights. The room is very spacious.
GGuest UserThis “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
BBuchangdarenhaoThe environment is very good, the location is very good, the highway is very convenient, the signs are very clear, the location is invincible, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The city is not very big, but it is worth visiting
