Neat hotel with basic needs. Nothing special but does the job.

It met my expectations but I realized that I overpaid for the room because I booked too early:(

The hotel is very close to Brown and can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is safe and clean. It is very comfortable to take a walk. There are many supermarkets and restaurants next to it. Starbucks is on the second floor! The hotel has free coffee in the lobby in the morning, which tastes good!

The room was very old and the wallpaper was severely dampened, peeling off and stained with mold. The bedding is not only old, but also very smelly. You can smell a strong smell of sweat through the pillowcases and sheets. Housekeeping is very lazy, and I won’t clean it if I can, and the time is very random. One day the doorbell came at 5:30 pm, and another day it was after 3 o’clock. Highly not recommended! ! !

The service at the front desk was very good. The handsome gentleman introduced me to all kinds of delicious food. And print the information for me. But I forgot two silk custom-made dresses. When I found them out the next day, room service refused to acknowledge them. After asking again and again for three days, they said they found them in the closet, which was incredible.

The environment is very good, the location is very good, the highway is very convenient, the signs are very clear, the location is invincible, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The city is not very big, but it is worth visiting

The kids stayed here last time and had a good experience. We stayed here this time too and it was also good.

The room is not cleaned every day. When I go out, I ask the cleaner to clean the room and change the towels. I haven't changed them when I come back in the afternoon. Asked to clean the room immediately, was told to apply to the front desk, the front desk replied that the room cleaning must be applied in advance, and there are cleaning workers only in the morning.
