The air conditioner is old and noisy. The deposit refund time is very long, but the beer bar next to it is delicious

If you stay for several days in a row, the room cleaning service needs to be reserved in advance. Otherwise, it will be cleaned every five days. A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

A historic hotel in DT, recommended. The location is very convenient for travel, clean and exquisite. There is a small table for hot water, coffee, etc. at the entrance, which is very considerate. The customer service is also very nice. I will choose it again next time.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
GGuest UserThe environment of the hotel is good, and the location is very good in the city center. It's convenient to eat in the United States. The breakfast is good, but it's not suitable for our Chinese stomachs. But it's okay, you can cook easily, there are microwave ovens, induction cookers, and woks There is also a coffee machine that can boil hot water, which is good for me who likes to drink tea, but my daughter can speak English, and I have already booked a room with Ctrip. When my daughter is away, the front desk asks me to use my credit card to pay the deposit, and the communication is difficult.
AAnonymous UserA bed is equipped with four high and low soft and hard pillows, and the shampoo and shampoo are quite easy to use. The towels of different sizes are white, and the buffet breakfast on weekends is also good😊 and the taste of coffee is also good
龙龙No breakfast at the hotel, the hotel is in a good location, convenient, with parking, the room is good, it is the best hotel I have stayed in at this price in the United States.
