It's a decent enough hotel but I would expect more coming from Novotel. The check in counter at the lobby seems too simplistic and the breakfast selection isn't great.

Modern hotel in excellent location in Providencia, within walking distance of Costanera mall and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and functional. The only con is that the mini fridge didn’t work, but other than that, all good

I got a great deal for the hotel booking with Trip.com. All was great. The restaurant was a very nice place, but the food was hit or miss.

Excellent place, wonderful service, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet, and I enjoyed the varied and delicious buffet breakfast. I loved the hotel's security, which is really important when looking for a place to stay. I will definitely return.

I was unable to stay due to an unexpected health issue that prevented me from making this trip. I requested the hotel to allow me to change my dates so as not to lose the money I had paid, but they denied my request. I had to reschedule my flights for a few months from now, and of course, I will not be staying at this hotel. It's disappointing that a chain with such a certain reputation doesn't offer this courtesy. Something to consider.

The hotel is great! Clean, cozy, the room is large, and has everything you need. The breakfast is great, you won't go hungry. The hotel's location is superb!

This was the lowest level of service of any hotel I've ever stayed at. 1. No one in the entire hotel spoke English except for two people. 2. The welcome area ran out of water glasses. I asked for one, and they said, "Go get one from the bar." 3. After ordering food from room service, I called them in the morning to pick up my dirty dishes by placing them in front of the door. I then asked again at reception in person. When I returned to my room that evening, the tray was still standing in front of the door. I saw the restaurant staff on my floor, who could have finally picked it up, but they told me, "That's not my job." 4. They don't provide water in the room; it's only available for purchase. 5. I drank water from the water cooler on my floor, and it had a strange salty taste; perhaps the filter hadn't been changed in a while. 6. There was a large black hair on the sheet when I checked in, and both towels were stained darkly. 7. I had a late night checkout, and I asked reception for a lunchbox and was refused. However, when I asked the restaurant for the same, they agreed and prepared it, thanks to the restaurant manager.

Excellent hotel, with a pool and sauna that we were able to enjoy comfortably, and a truly four-star room. The views are also beautiful, and the location is unbeatable.
