I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Santiago and would especially like to thank Rafaela for her outstanding service.
Rafaela was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring throughout my stay. She kindly assisted me with an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. She also helped me book transportation to the airport and even arranged for a luggage scale so I could check my baggage weight and avoid excess baggage charges before my flight. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable and stress-free.
The hotel's location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the cable car and Sky Costanera, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Santiago.
The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and excellent quality. My room was available early, and I received a room with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you to Rafaela and the entire Hilton team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
